The real estate investment fund BB Progressivo II was born with the objective of acquire real estate from Banco do Brasil and rent to them through atipics contracts with the duration of 10 years.after a technical evaluation was chosen 64 real estates to do part of the fund in all the country divided in bank agencies and commercial buildings. Ended the atipic location contract with the tenant may be signed a new conventional contract. In case of no renovation of any asset the administrator may firm contract with any interested in rent the buildings or promove your alienation.
